In my bag

The cameras and lenses I use for aviation photography, and what each one is for.

Cameras

  • Canon EOS R6 Mark II

Full frame, 24 MP, up to 40 frames per second

My main camera. Handles low light really well.

  • Canon EOS R10

    APS-C, 24 MP, 1.6× crop

My second body. The crop sensor gives extra reach.

Lenses

  • Sigma 150–600mm F5–6.3

    Super-telephoto zoom

For far-away planes and those big Fuji shots.

  • Canon EF 70–200mm f/2.8L

    Telephoto zoom

My go-to lens for most spotting.

  • Canon EF 24–70mm f/2.8L

    Standard zoom

For the ramp, hangars and cabins.
